About us
Ferme Hallier is an organic farm based in Senegal, Africa, specialising in the production, processing and export of crops for the European market.
The farm has developed an integrated value chain, from cultivation to packaging, based on rigorous agroecological practices, an on-site processing facility and a fully managed traceability system.
Ecocert-certified and committed to Fair for Life fair trade, Ferme Hallier supports its business partners with reliable, consistent produce that meets international standards.


Our services
La Ferme Hallier supports European businesses at every stage, from organic agricultural production to the delivery of raw materials that meet international standards. Our services are aimed at importers, brands and laboratories seeking a reliable, committed partner with expertise across the entire value chain.
Organic production
Farming across 33 hectares, incorporating sustainable water management and certified intercropping, healthy soils and the use of neem as a bio-pesticide.


Processing
A laboratory compliant with European standards to ensure quality and food safety, and to bring the value chain back to the farm.
